**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling and appointment scheduling, focusing on attracting investors and facilitating sales.
- Develop a robust network of prospects via proactive prospecting, cold-calling, and targeted marketing strategies.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to identify client needs and preferences, effectively engaging new prospects.
- Guide clients through the property marketing and purchasing process, ensuring transactions occur at the optimal price and terms.
- Offer expert consultation to clients, advising them on investment strategies and opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and diligently follow up with interested parties.
- Skillfully negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Maintain regular communication with all clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Fluency in Arabic and Russian is advantageous.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting work.
- Previous real estate experience preferred, with at least 1 year in the field.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Hindi preferred.
Salary Range: AED3,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month.
**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED30.00 per day
