**Job description**
We are looking for an outgoing and highly organized operations coordinator to assist with the management of daily business activities and administrative tasks.
**Operations Coordinator Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities for the facility, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Arrange and oversee routine inspections of homes to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and potential issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, communicating maintenance schedules, updates, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for urgent home maintenance issues,
ensuring timely resolution and minimizing damage.
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
- Coordinating the proper allocation of Technicians.
- Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets
- Record keeping of tickets by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of home maintenance activities, service contracts, and warranties for each property.
- Managing Customer relations and contract renewals.
- Work closely with tenants or residents to address their maintenance requests promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships
- Prepare estimations / Quotations as required
- Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.
- Foster good working relationships with clients, drivers, and all field staff.

- Oversee daily operations of the office.
**Operations Coordinator Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experienced in Business Software’s.
- Experience in office management or an administrative role.
- To be knowledgeable about the home maintenance issues
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Preferred 2 Years of Experience in UAE
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
