Sales Executive (Female Russian Speaker)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the hospitality sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.






- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their needs and budget requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure smooth execution of sales agreements and timely delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality-related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with clients at various levels.






- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify market opportunities and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
