Assistant Manager Advisory - Tax

**aG Resources is looking for an Assistant Manager Advisory - Tax for our office.**

**Location: Dubai**

**Job type: Full time**

**Must have Qualifications**:

- Must be from the Firm background
- CA/ACCA or part qualified
- At least 2-3 years in VAT advisory with experience in performing VAT return filing and health checks.
- Must be updated with VAT & UAE Corporate Tax assessment of UAE CT introduction on business, processes, functional areas and operations, undertake gap analysis, assess CT readiness and prepared implementation roadmap.
- Design CT model for all impacted components (business operation, systems, processes and resources to meet CT compliance, filing and reporting requirements).






- Support in the development of policies and procedures and support their implementation and maintenance to ensure tax activities meets standards, compliance and regulatory requirements, align to business requirements, and increase operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on UAE VAT laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in managing client relationships, including regular communication, identifying client needs, and delivering high-quality service.
- Review client financial records, invoices, and transaction data to ensure accurate VAT treatment and compliance.
- Conduct VAT risk assessments and identify potential areas of concern or non-compliance for clients.
- Prepare and review VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the UAE tax authorities.
- Assist in VAT audits and investigations, responding to queries from tax authorities, and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
- Stay up to date with changes in UAE VAT legislation,





regulations, and guidance, and communicate the impact to clients.
- Collaborate with the tax team and other professionals within the firm to develop and implement VAT planning strategies.
- Support the development and delivery of client training sessions and workshops on UAE VAT topics.
- Assist in the development and improvement of internal processes, tools, and templates related to UAE VAT compliance and advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong connections with your clients, ensuring you understand and manage their expectations adequately at all times.
- Manage your client portfolio, with excellent client service.






- Support the business Development team with TAX advice for potential clients.
- Perform comprehensive impact Assessment

**Experience**:
