Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Executive located in Sharjah. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and general human resources management. Qualifications
- Experience in HR management and operations
- Strong understanding of employee relations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- General knowledge of human resources management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates
