We are looking for a Front of house staff with excellent experience in UAE.
- Welcome and greeting clients warmly, and ensuring that they feel comfortable and happy on their visit.
- Sales - retail sales and upsell treatments
- Manage customer experience
- Handle client complaints
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding Brau. treatments and products.
- Keep clients updated on currently available promotions and discounts in treatments offered.
- Open and close the studio as per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Keep record of business transactions by registering new clients; receiving payments from clients for services ordered, and issuing invoices.
- Ensure that the front desk is clean and organized for free movement.
- Inform staff members of appointments that have been canceled, and alert staff members.
- At least 3 years experience working in a beauty clinic, salon or in 5 star luxury operations within a FOH role
- A minimum of a high school diploma
- Ability to provide strong references
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
**Must have experience in Salon, beauty industry, wellness or luxury beauty brands.**
**Preferably with UAE experience**
**Immediate joiner**
**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
