Job Title: Sales Manager - Lighting Products

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in the lighting industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, and developing strategic client relationships. Your expertise will help shape our market presence and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, designers, contractors, and distributors.
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns in GCC countries (Kuwait, Oman and Qatar). Develop and track results.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth in the lighting sector.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, forecast future sales, and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales management within the lighting industry.
- Strong understanding of lighting products, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and drive results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
