Accounts Coordinator - Interior Industry

Preferably Arabic speaking with interior industry background.
- Primarily focuses on day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and maintaining financial records.
- Managing accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Handling accounts receivable by generating invoices, tracking payments from clients, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Entering financial transactions into accounting software or databases accurately and efficiently. Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as finance,





procurement and operations, to ensure alignment of financial activities with organizational goals. Communicating effectively with team members.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline accounting processes, improve efficiency, and enhance accuracy. Making recommendations for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
