**The Role**
As the Account Manager_Digital you will be responsible for a portfolio of large client accounts and oversee the delivery of digital marketing/social media services in support of their brands.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage a number of large, key client accounts to meet their digital marketing needs in line with agreed project plan and targets.
- Be the main point of contact for strategic social media advice, guidance and issue resolution for designated clients, providing excellent client service.
- Develop creative,
innovative, on-point social media plans and campaigns for designated clients based on industry knowledge and digital marketing insights.
- Set project plans, delegate tasks to team members and oversee delivery according to project timeframes and standards.
- Review and edit social media content and other campaign materials prepared by junior team members, adapting style and tone according to target audience and media platform.
- Maintain and manage relationships with an extensive and varied range of influencers and other key industry contacts, including hosting media entertainment.
- Pitch press releases and feature ideas to influencers to interest them in covering clients’ stories.
- Oversee campaign launches and client events and provide direction to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Provide coaching, guidance and feedback to junior team members working on client accounts.
- Oversee reporting of key metrics for accounts and evaluate campaign results for clients. Monitor progress and recommended campaign modifications where appropriate.
- Contribute data for project budgets and manage projects within assigned budgets.
- Play a key role in business development by generating further business from existing clients and/or securing new accounts via networking and leading pitches and proposals.
- Ensure administration is managed for all client accounts including contracts, invoicing and reporting.
- Lead and foster collaboration within and across teams,
to help ensure smooth project delivery across teams.
- Engage in Qcademy and other learning & development opportunities, to enhance skills.
- Stay across market trends and developments to help Q and our clients stay at the forefront of our industry in the region.
