As a Real Estate Consultant at Property Solvers, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver top-tier real estate services. Your role will involve engaging with clients, showcasing properties, and guiding them through the buying, selling, or renting process. We are seeking A-players who can hit the ground running, achieving and exceeding sales targets from the start.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Actively source new clients through marketing, advertising, and networking.
- **Property Showings**: Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments.
- **Deal Negotiation**: Successfully negotiate property deals, ensuring both buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, including regular follow-ups and care calls to maintain client relationships.
- **Documentation**:
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts and deeds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Market Research**: Explore and research local neighborhoods to provide clients with detailed insights and recommendations.

- **Market Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
- **Independence**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Licenses**: Valid UAE driver's license (preferred) and Broker's License (preferred).
- **Education**: High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree (required).
