**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise and Oversee**: Lead the facilities management team, overseeing daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of the healthcare facility, ensuring a safe, secure, and efficient environment for both patients and staff.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices within the healthcare industry.
- **Maintenance Planning**: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, emergency procedures, and facility inspections to minimize operational disruptions.
- **Budget Management**: Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenditures related to facilities operations, maintenance, and upgrades.
- **Vendor Coordination**:





Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency in all outsourced services.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in facilities operations, focusing on sustainability, energy efficiency, and technological advancements.
- **Crisis Management**: Act swiftly in emergency situations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure mínimal impact on facility operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in facilities management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and work effectively with vendors.
- Critical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.






- Proficient in FM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
