Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Group Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the financial health of the company while supporting our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop cost-effective strategies and drive profitability.
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and skills.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- CA (Chartered Accountant) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the B2B or eCommerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and compliance.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
