Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee operations in our cleaning company. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a cleaning company in the UAE. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, coordinating staff schedules, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining client satisfaction. The Manager will also be responsible for training and developing staff, implementing operational procedures, and managing customer relations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a manager in a cleaning company in the UAE.
2. Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
4.





Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and materials.
5. Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Monthly Salary Range:
AED 3000 – AED 4000 (Including accommodation, transportation and other benefits)
