About the Role
HR Manager Responsibilities include overseeing to improve the culture
of the company, create a positive atmosphere, recruitment process, designing
company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. He/ She will also
help shape their employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, he/
she should be familiar with payroll systems, Employee Engagement,
Performance Appraisals He/ She will ensure their company attracts, hires,
develops and retains qualified employees.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the
overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands,
grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development,
engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and
procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high
performance
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
- Defining KPI's & KRAs
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Mid Level HR Manager or similar role
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in UAE
- Excellent communication abilities
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- Qualification : BBA plus HR specialization PG or Diploma
preferred.
**Salary**:
AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
