Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell credit card products.
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, building rapport and trust.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable credit card solutions.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about credit card features, benefits, and terms.
- Effectively communicate and overcome customer objections to close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Document customer interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
