Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Manage relationships with external providers, including law firms and consultants, to optimize legal services and support. Organize and maintain legal documents and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the legal team. Coordinate and support legal projects, from inception to completion, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends,
providing insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in law or related field. Prior experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in a corporate or technology-focused environment. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
