- Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification
- IELTS Score 6.0 for non-native English speakers
- Minimum 1-2 years Teaching experience

Job Description:
Aldar Education is currently seeking a Teacher - EYFS (Immediate Start) for Al Shohub Private School to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE.
Al Shohub Private School is a British curriculum, part of Aldar Schools, offering mixed-gender primary school located in a purpose-built educational facility, at Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi.
Al Shohub Private School was founded in 1999 by Her Highness Sheikha Shaikha Bint Saif Al Nahyan to provide exceptional education in Abu Dhabi.
Key Task:
To deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Good communication at all levels
- Developing positive relationships with all members of the school community
- Planning engaging lessons that meet the curriculum requirements
- Liaising with colleagues and working flexibly
- Working with parents to ensure the happiness and best academic outcomes for all children
- Cooperating with curriculum support staff to support children’s development
Teaching and learning:
- Clear understanding of the Curriculum
- Organising the classroom provision and learning resources
- Planning, preparing,
and presenting sessions that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within the class
- Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching
- Observing and assessing children in line with school assessments
- Reflecting on classroom provision and adjusting as necessary
- Meeting with other professionals as required
Assessment and data:
- Taking responsibility for the progress of a class
- Meeting assessment and recording requirements
- Using data from assessments to influence planning and provision
- Providing feedback to parents on student progress
Behavior management and duties:
- Follow the school’s behavior policy
- Manage classes effectively
- Maintain good relationships with pupils
- Be a positive role model
- Promote self-control and independence of learners
Wider professional responsibilities:
- Support planning, assessment, resources, and special events
- Organise and participate in school events
- Communicate effectively with parents about students’ achievements
- Make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school
- Run a weekly ECA each term
