Position - Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant
Location - Dubai
This role demands supporting CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5 years plus.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must, with additional languages considered an advantage.
Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Outstanding multitasking abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Plan and organize meetings,
ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Prepare agendas for meetings, briefings, and presentations.
- Create presentations as required, showcasing information in a clear and professional manner.
Accompany the CEO when required to meetings.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items as needed.
- Efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing time effectively.
- Review internal reports and all contracts before management signing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Organize office operations and establish efficient procedures.
- Generate business plans and draft business letters, maintaining effective communication with partners and clients.
