Emirates Bio Farm seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our efforts in commercializing organic vegetables. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, particularly in the organic food industry. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organic vegetable sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to enter them effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and report on sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in organic vegetable or related agricultural products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a sales team and drive performance.
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in business administration, agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of organic farming practices and certifications (a plus).
