**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and achieve team targets. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Provide expert advice and guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of current market conditions, property values, and competitive landscape in Dubai. Utilize this knowledge to guide the team and make informed decisions.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, including sales figures, team performance,
and market insights.
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Assist in the recruitment of new team members and oversee their onboarding process to ensure they are integrated effectively into the team.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- High level of customer service and negotiation skills.
