**Company Overview**: Prosportsuae is a family run club, established in 2014, to cater to the needs of the Sharjah community for sports activities for children and adults. Our aim is to provide the local community with affordable professional-level sports activities in, and around, Sharjah, Dubai and Ajman.
**Position: Admin/Sales Executive**
**Location: Dubai**
**Responsibilities**:
Establish registration packages for various age groups and divisions, meticulously inputting Academy fees and adhering to correct procedures.
Effectively manage daily registrations during the designated season, ensuring precise placement of players into teams and age groups.
Collaborate with Age Group Coordinators and coaches to optimize the allocation of spots, ensuring that all teams are strategically filled.
Compile and distribute team lists to the operational team and coaches/managers as needed.
Coordinate with Accounts admin to address issues related to non-payment or players requiring
Facilitate the organization of League and internal matches by working closely with coaches.
Maintain a systematic archive of registration information for each season.
Respond to all incoming queries promptly, striving to provide answers within 24 hours, and delegate non-admin-related correspondence to committee members for appropriate action.
Engage with parents/players to address and resolve complaints.
Document all complaints received and forward them to the relevant individuals for necessary action.
Ensure comprehensive administrative coverage of the trial process and secure the proper archiving of trial documentation.
**Required Skills**:
Minimum of two years of experience in sports administration,
preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
Proficient in utilizing registration packages and adept at navigating the provided database system.
Demonstrated time management skills, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong record-keeping abilities, maintaining accurate and organized documentation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills at a high level.
Ready to commute to multiple locations.
Comfortable with flexible shift timings
**Desired Skills**:
Familiarity with club membership packages and external compliance requirements is essential.
Prior experience in a club environment would be highly advantageous and is strongly preferred.

**Salary**: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
