Summary: The Social Media and Content Director will Impact and drive best-in-class social presence, social strategy, and brand reputation management for the Kayali brand. They will drive Kayalixe2x80x99s social media and new media initiatives, uncovering new opportunities for the brand to explore in the digital space (both online and oxefxacx84ine). This role will develop and cascade strategic social initiatives across all key and help oversee Kayali and Mona Kattan social channels. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy

- Collaborate with Kayalixe2x80x99s Founder to develop,





design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and drive engagement and acquisition on platforms Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Snapchat and YouTube
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Provide recommendations on technology applications to drive efficiencies and acquisition.
- Partner with the GlobalMarketing Team to understand the creation and xefxacx82ow of campaign assets and develop strategies to integrate and supplement across various markets.

Content Creation

- Oversee and support the generation, editing, and publishing of content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)





to ensure that content is aligned with brand guidelines and enhancing the Kayali brand.
- Develop a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate and oversee the creative team to produce high-quality visual content within budget to achieve operational excellence.

Analytics and Reporting

- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions, and plan digital campaigns to build community online.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights.

Team Management

- Provide oversight and management of social and content team to ensure that KPIxe2x80x99s and objectives are met.
- Provide performance coaching to develop skills and business contributions of the social and content team.






- Foster a culture of collaboration with brand, community and customer teams.
- Oversee any freelancer or contractor engagement to deliver quality output and within annual budget.

Requirements:

- BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buxefxacx80er, and Sprout Social and xefxacx82uent on IG and all social platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media campaigns across various platforms, analytics, and reporting; strong knowledge of social platforms, best practices, and trends.
- 8+ years experience with proven ability in growing, building, inspiring and developing teams.
- Outstanding interpersonal, coaching,





and listening skills with the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously; excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficient writer with the ability to adapt language and messaging depending on platform and audience.
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and GoogleAnalytics.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and web design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to express the companyxe2x80x99s views creatively.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry is a plus.







Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with CRM tools and strategies.
- Ability to work on content creation in terms of video/static shots for various campaigns.
- Knowledge of the nuances of social media and the ability to increase engagement and followers.
