Hiring a Talent Acquisition Officer for one of our esteemed clients in Abu Dhabi .
Job Location : Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, representing our company’s culture and values.
- Adapt recruitment strategies for a variety of hiring needs, including direct hires, long-term positions, and short-term projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting.
- should have helath care industry expereince in recruitment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams.
- A keen eye for talent and a proven ability to assess candidate fit.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare or technology sectors is a significant plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
