Marketing and Communications Manager (Kuwait)

MCG are partnered with a client in Kuwait to find a Marketing and Communications Manager with a background in construction. A background in construction or similar industries would be highly advantageous. Arabic is preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective communication strategies that align with the company's objectives and enhance its brand image.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
3. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments.
4. Create, manage, and optimize digital content for the company's website, blogs, newsletters, and other online platforms.
5.





Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to produce high-quality content that engages and informs the audience.
6. Ensure all digital content is SEO-optimized and adheres to best practices.
7. Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to increase the company's online presence and engagement.
8. Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and responding to followers.
9. Analyze social media metrics and trends to improve performance and reach.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
11. Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
12. Organize and manage media events, press conferences, and interviews to promote the company's initiatives and achievements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications,





with a focus on digital content and social media.
3. Proven ability to develop and execute successful communication strategies.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and SEO best practices.
6. Experience in media relations and public relations.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
