The HR Manager will provide guidance on best practices and guidance on the interpretation and practical application of HR policies, Talent Acquisition procedures, and legislation. The HR Manager will establish processes in order to support the business and the employees. They will work closely with Retail business leaders as they strive to make a productive and engaged workforce.
Responsibilities
This is both a strategic and operationally hands-on role where you will partner directly with various Heads of Departments and engage with both corporate and retail staff. Reporting to the GM and HRD,
you will work closely with the leadership and the rest of the HR team to manage and oversee the Middle East to deliver best-in-class HR solutions and services.
You are overall responsible for the full HR spectrum to drive best practices across:
1. HR operations
2. HR business partnering
3. Compensation & benefits
4. Performance and talent management
5. Leadership development
6. Succession planning
7. Employee engagement
You will continue to build the HR function to become a high performing and agile team.
Requirements
1. Strategic HR experience; experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
2. Proven ability to manage and guide teams
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, preferably in the region – Middle East
5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field
