Communication and Coordination
- Facilitate smooth interaction between team members and nursing administration.
- Maintain a comprehensive employee list up to date with all necessary information.
- Keep track of leave details of the nursing team and report.
- Ensure timely collection and maintenance of the nurse’s duty roster.
- Ensure appointment orders of employees are collected from the HR department, duly signed, and returned to personal files.
- Ensure creation of employee ID and email ID for newly joined nursing members.
- Keep track of BLS training and ensure every team member’s attendance.
- Coordinate all nurses' meetings with the CNO and maintain meeting minutes.
- Arrange necessary manpower for medical camps in coordination with AGM Nursing.
- Maintain the inventory of the Nursing Office and support in planning departmental activities, evaluating doctors and other hospital employees, and creating and maintaining policies.
Quality Assurance
- Participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.
- Carry out data collection/support in data collection.
- Adhere to the safety norms of the hospital, following both patient and safety rules.
- Be aware of departmental performance and objectives.
- Collect quality indicator statistics from all concerned departments in coordination with the statistician (QA).
Managing Patient Records
- Ensure that medical histories, current health information, and billing, insurance, and legal documents are handled appropriately.
- Keep all information organized and up to date.
Job Interactions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as the Chief Nursing Officer, Nursing, Security, Ambulance,
and Human Resources Department in matters related to reporting, coordination, transportation, and security issues.
- Work closely with external stakeholders such as Educational Institutions, Healthcare Organizations, and Company Representatives in matters related to facility support, feedback, and coordination of educational activities.
Advanced Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training
Customer Care Professional Certification / Customer Care Supervisor Certification
Minimum Experience
- 0 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a tertiary hospital.
