Role Responsibilities:
- Improve the relationship with consultants and clients.
- Work closely with consultants to understand their specific needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Determine the heating and cooling requirements of the building by assessing factors like orientation, insulation, windows, occupancy, and internal heat gains.
- Support consultants in the design stage.
- Develop initial design concepts focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Use energy modeling software to simulate the building’s energy performance and optimize HVAC system design for energy efficiency.
- Support customers to provide the optimum techno-commercial selections.
- Provide HAP trainings.
- Support the team in regulation requirements.
- Support the sales team to manage the material approvals.
Role Purpose:
- Ensure that HVAC systems comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Promote sustainable practices by incorporating green building standards and energy-efficient technologies.
- Offer specialized knowledge and advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.
- Design systems that use energy efficiently, reducing operational costs and environmental impact.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in the UAE market.
- UAE driving license.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
