We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our International Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
1. Correspondent Banking and Network Management: Manage all aspects of Correspondent Banking and Network Management activity, including:
- Playing a key role in Nostro Account selection and maintaining ADCB’s extensive Nostro Account Network.
- Ensuring optimal payment routing arrangements that serve to enhance service delivery and compliance with local regulations.
- Regularly reviewing Nostro arrangements and coordinating RFPs and RFIs as needed.
- Negotiating Payment Rebates and monitoring existing arrangements.
- Collaborating with FI Coverage and International teams to support relationship growth.
- Monitoring payment volume trends and charge type data for outbound payments.
- Managing annual KYC updates for all Nostro accounts.
- New Client Acquisition: Acquire new clients, conduct financial analysis, and submit accurate credit applications to achieve acquisition targets.
- Portfolio Management: Offer existing clients new solutions and services to increase transaction volumes and grow the assigned portfolio.
- Relationship Management: Review client dossiers to capture current and future needs, ensuring timely resolution of complaints.
- Risk Management: Conduct client visits to understand risk profiles and report changes to approving authorities.
- Financial Analysis and Credit Assessment: Analyze clients’ financial health and conduct credit assessments for new clients.
- Cross Selling:
Promote various ADCB products to existing clients to enhance product penetration.
- People Management: Manage team activities in line with ADCB’s management policies to achieve business objectives.
- Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: Implement departmental policies and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Motivate the team to participate in change initiatives in line with Bank standards.
- Customer Service: Apply ADCB Service Standards in all customer interactions.
What we offer:
- Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 37,500– AED 55,000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
