Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Staff (Female) to manage our front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to our mall visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the mall sector, with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality and administrative support.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide information about mall facilities, services, and events to visitors.
- Handle reservations,





appointments, and inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as sorting mail, filing, and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures at the front desk.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate visitor services and resolve issues promptly.
- Uphold the company's standards of customer service excellence at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role within the mall sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
