A leading prestigious contracting and construction company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Interior Designer Project Manager . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in interior design execution specifically in highrise buildings residential/luxury villas or hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of interior design execution onsite.
- Develop and implement construction detailing and specifications for projects.
- Collaborate with project teams contractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective construction management and timely project completion.
- Monitor project progress ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 10 years of site experience in interior design execution.
- Proven experience in highrise buildings residential/luxury villas or hotel projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing and specification development.
- Background in contracting or construction company.
- Proficient in construction management practices.
- Must be fluent in Arabic language
Work Location:
- Willingness to work/relocate to Al Ain as the project is based in Al Ain.
