ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Create, develop, and support overall marketing plan of the corporation
- Creates content for traditional, web, social, digital, and emerging communications platforms, which plays a key role in marketing for the overall business
- Responsible for the brand in the market
- Social Media management creating an inclusive presence in the market
- Work with online tools to create online presence within the roofing contractor arena
- Online management to include website management and product for purchase initiatives
- Management of online initiatives to identify trends and opportunities for future company growth
- Develops methods and strategies for assessing large amounts of data
- Examines and adhere to company marketing budgets
- Conducts research into competitive companies and the surrounding market
- Support research and analysis for acquisition or branch expansions
- Crafts web, print, and email experiences that optimize sales growth
- Study purchase trends of contractor base and target demographic
- Work with branch and sales management teams to create and implement local strategies to drive revenue and profitability
- Creates sales evaluation reports in relation to marketing initiatives to review ROI
- Suggests adjustments and revisions to promotional and marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Serves as a consultant for company marketing/sales strategies
- Attends and participates in sales strategy meetings
- Responsible for creation, distribution and management of press release initiatives
- Leads informational sessions for staff to explain sales and marketing trends in the roofing market
