Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, over the phone and email, providing accurate information about the services.
2. Assist customers with pre-order inquiries such as product information and marketing campaigns, identifying leads to upsell using our online customer service platform.
3. Address post-order issues including returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, back-order inquiries, problem resolution, and any other issues arising from the order fulfillment process.
4. Meet customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics, exceeding customer expectations, building loyalty, and taking advantage of sales opportunities when appropriate.
5. Project a professional company image through phone,
chat, and email interactions.
6. Recognize, document, and alert supervisors of trends in customer calls.
7. Generate and monitor performance reports to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
8. Uphold high customer service standards.
