**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives and goals.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate engaging, relevant and informative content in Arabic, tailored to the target audience.
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure content is delivered on time.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer feedback, and industry trends.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze social media analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Community management
- Hootsuite or any other calendar/scheduling tool is a must.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role with a focus on UAE & KSA markets.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
- Familiarity with social media advertising tools and techniques.
- Experience in content creation and curation, with a portfolio of work to showcase.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad, Permanent
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
