**Hiring - Sales/ Relationship Officers** for our **Credit cards and Personal loans** team.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationship with customers.
- Ensure adherence to sales targets and deadlines.
- Achieve sales targets assigned on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Consistently illustrate high levels of customer orientation and professionalism in day-to-day conduct.
- Maximize on cross selling growth of existing customer base and identify new potential selling opportunities.
**Skills/ Requirements**:
- Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Must be highly motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have sales experience of retail banking products.
- 1- 2 years in credit cards/personal loans/retail banking division in a bank or financial institution
- Home country banking sales experience will also be considered.
- Multi-lingual will be an added advantage
**Qualifications**:
*High School certificate or Bachelor’s degree
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
