Role: Graphic Designer
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Create visual concepts, illustrations, and designs using computer software or by hand.
- Develop design layouts, including color schemes, typography, and overall visual aesthetics.
- Design and produce various materials such as logos, brochures, banners, advertisements, website graphics, social media graphics, and other marketing collaterals.
- Ensure the designs align with brand guidelines and effectively convey the desired message or concept.
- Edit and enhance existing designs or images.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with the marketing team, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and quality.
- Review and provide feedback on design concepts and drafts.
- Prepare and deliver finalized designs in various formats for different media platforms.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other similar tools.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities with an eye for detail.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
