Position summary:

The Snr Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business as well as developing, growing, and managing a digital advertising book of strategic clientsxe2x80x99 business within MEA. The Snr Sales Manager will report into the Snr Sales Director, work closely with the regional MD and the Customer Sucess team to support retention of Sojernxe2x80x99s existing strategic client base while also developing and acquiring new strategic clients across the region. Clients will include Tourism boards, Airlines, Hotels, Attraction clients. Both direct and at agency level.

What you will do:

The Dubai commercial team is made up of 13 people covering a range of commercial responsibilities for the MEA region.





The team possess core skills across travel and multi-channel digital advertising. Covering Corporate and Hotel Property clients within the region.

- Work alongside the Snr Sales Director to help define the regional Go-To-Market strategy needed to acquire and develop new strategic clients across Tourism, Airline, Hotel and attraction verticals
- Develop and manage a growing book of business predominantly made up ofTourism, Airline, Hotel and attraction clients
- Manage a sales pipeline from start to finish
- Work closely with the Dubai based media agencies and maintain core relationships to help grow the business for their travel clients
- Independently able to maintain and grow a large book of business and have deep sales strategy conversations with any of Sojernxe2x80x99s clients
- Independently create and deliver persuasive presentations that educate the market and demonstrate Sojernxe2x80x99s value proposition
- Effectively collaborate cross-functionally with vertical sales,





account management and product teams to develop relevant advertising programs for key clients, targets and their agencies
- Meet and exceed growing sales targets on a quarterly basis
- Maintain Salesforce and keep client activity organized

What you bring to the table:

- +7 years overall sales experience in digital advertising and or travel industry in Dubai
- A core understanding of the ME advertising agency landscape
- Experience in working with travel brands across the MEA region. Tourism and Airlines is preferred
- Ability to build sales proposals and RFP responses
- A fundamental understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
- Experience selling SAAS Platforms is beneficial
- Proficiency in standard business and sales software, including Salesforce, Gsuite, and Office products






- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree from an accredited college or university
- Travel Required
