Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary.
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendor / suppliers.
- Make professional decisions in fast faced environment.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other price options.
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times,
and potential future development.
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Prepares Price Comparison Sheet, assess Vendor’s based on performance and communicates the same to the Managing Direcor
- Double check prices and accuracy of formula of BOQ
- Prepares Site File Folders including LPO without Prices, BOQ without prices and Safety Signs
- Other tasks required by management
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
