* Experienced in Accounting Software's -ZOHO

ATTENTION TO DETAILS

*Good Personality and Customer handling experience is required
- VAT submission/Budget/Forecast /Office Accounting /Record Day to Day transactions
- Processing payments to external parties and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.
- Coordination of Work schedules and daily assignments
- Follow ups on work status and Payments with supplier/contractor/clients
- UAE Driving license is not a must, but it's a mileage

*Track and documentation of sales bookings and payments
- Overall Office Admin Experience is required






- Should capable of handling office individually
- Monthly review and analysis of Balance Sheet, compiling back up documentation for Balance sheet reconciliation
- Coordination with vendors and processing payments and returns
