**REAL ESTATE CLIENT MANAGER/ PROPERTY ADVISOR**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote the company’s services
- Lease and Sell property
- Maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, Investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones.
- Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants
- Keep up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Achieve sales targets set by the company

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in Sales experience is a must






- Minimum of 2 years Real Estate experience in Dubai
- Fluent in English and can speak Russian/Arabic/ Chinese/ German and Polish language
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UAE driver’s license and own a car is required
