We're currently looking for a Telesales Representative to bolster our sales efforts. Your main focus will be making outbound calls, interacting with potential customers, and turning leads into actual sales. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be a key part of your responsibilities in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a database of customer details and interactions within the CRM system.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective approaches for generating leads and finalizing sales.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales objectives.
- Foster and sustain customer relationships through clear communication.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in telesales or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong communication and attentive listening abilities.
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated motivation and a positive outlook.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
