Looking for Leasing Manager / Mall Manager in our compan,y who is responsible for overseeing all lessees of the company’s leases, evaluates new and existing leases, prepares lease documents, and oversees their ongoing maintenance, also monitors the financial condition of lessees and their compliance with the terms of the lease agreement.
**Requirements And Skills**:
- 5+ years’ proven experience in property management, real estate sales, or leasing; experience in Retail, housing, or commercial office a plus
- Thorough knowledge of property management software
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement,
and maintain leasing and property management programs for new and renewal tenants
- Maintain or replace tenant profiles to include financial, demographic, and property information, and maintain building databases.
- Conduct post move-in inspections and provide 24/7 emergency service
- Create operating budgets, and review and respond to tenant complaints
