To be the prime point of contact to an assigned group of clients, and ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Establish relationships with key decision makers in business to understand business service related needs.
- Understand the clients’ needs and assess the problem /requirement and liaise closely with them throughout requirement, often on a daily basis.
- Establish relationships with new clients and identify accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ clients and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
- Work closely with the fellow departments to resolve the issue and ensure that the tasks are completed on time to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide clear understanding to the internal team on the requirement and expectation of the clients and provide insight into service improvements.
- Setting corporate standard in customer communication.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and challenging requests from clients and exploring opportunities to add value to the department.
- Contribute to the learning environment by identifying areas where there is potential for learning and building knowledge with the Team
- Adopt the performance management scheme by setting objectives, participating in performance reviews and building a personal development plan
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
