**Job Title: Bike Riders Supervisor**

**Overview**:
As a Bikes Riders Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bike riders team. You will ensure the efficient and timely delivery of good, while maintaining the highest standards of service quality and safety. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing and motivating the team to achieve performance targets and uphold company policies.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of bike riders to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.

Assign delivery routes and schedules to riders, optimizing efficiency and minimizing delivery times.

Train new riders on company policies, safety procedures,





and delivery protocols.

Monitor rider performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ensure that all bikes are properly maintained and equipped for safe operation.

Address any issues or concerns raised by riders or customers in a timely and professional manner.

Implement and enforce safety regulations and traffic laws to minimize accidents and ensure rider safety.

Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to streamline operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Keep accurate records of delivery schedules, mileage, and maintenance activities.

Evaluate and optimize delivery processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate updates, discuss challenges, and foster teamwork.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in bike delivery services.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in a supervisory role,





preferably in the logistics or delivery industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations related to bike riding.

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and delivery tracking software.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in logistics or management is a plus.

Physical fitness and stamina to ride a bike for extended periods.







Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- UAE: 5 years (required)
- Supervisor: 3 years (required)
