At Brickstone we provide extensive marketing support, in-house training and ongoing managerial and administrative support to assist with day-to-day duties. This is a **Commission-based job** where we believe in immediate disbursement of commissions at time of closing and flexibility and freedom for our team. We are looking for honest, hard-working, target-oriented and motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our team!

**Our requirements**:

- Excellent communication in English is must (Writing, reading and speaking)

- Analytical Skills; property consultants are skilled in carrying out property market research

and surveys to identify properties generating the most profits.
- Negotiating Skills; Able to conduct price negotiation to secure properties at potentially profitable rates.
- A self-motivated and ambitious real estate professional.
- Well established communication and relationship-building skills.
- Vibrant, active, target-driven individual.
