**Key Responsibilities**
- **Video Production**: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms (social media, website, etc.), including promotional videos, interviews, tutorials, and event coverage.
- **Content Creation**: Develop creative concepts and ideas for new video content that aligns with our brand strategy and marketing goals.
- **Pre-Production**: Handle all aspects of pre-production, including storyboarding, scriptwriting, location scouting, and coordinating with talent and other team members.
- **Post-Production**: Edit videos using industry-standard software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.), including adding music, graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance the final product.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure all content meets brand guidelines and project objectives.
- **Equipment Management**: Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and ready for use.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of video content and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and composition.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, particularly video content strategies for platforms like YouTube,
Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Photography skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and video optimization for web and social media.
- Experience in livestreaming and multi-camera setups.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
