We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Corporate Trainer based in Dubai. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary package and the flexibility of hybrid working.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Assess training needs and create customized training materials to address specific requirements.
- Conduct interactive workshops, seminars, and presentations to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.






- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role, with a strong track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in utilizing various training methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of professionals.
- Flexibility to work from different office locations within Dubai.
- Passion for continuous learning and development.

**Salary**: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

- corporate training: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Dubai (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
