**Position: Sales Representative (Commission-Based)**
**Territory**:Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman
**Responsibilities**:
- Visit sports supplements stores within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman to introduce Socialgym products.
- Establish and maintain relationships with store owners and managers, ensuring they understand the benefits and profitability of partnering with Socialgym.
- Monitor sales trends and store needs, providing feedback to Socialgym to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets by increasing the number of stores selling Socialgym products.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate partnerships.
- Motivation to work independently, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and fitness products.
- Ability to travel across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
**Additional Details**:
Commission Rate: 10% on all ongoing sales from onboarded vendors.
Duration: For 12 months, renewable based on sales performance.
Payment Frequency: Monthly, reflecting the previous month's sales.
