Must have a minimum 5 years working for Interior Fitout and Joinery and must have proven experience in successful completion of high end residential and commercial projects. Project references and details will be asked during the interview.
- Must be able to create detailed shop drawings for Interior Fitout & joinery projects. Should have completed a minimum of 10 high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Must be knowledgeable on Industry standards in finishes and experienced in working with the Fitout, Joinery team and site engineers for successful execution of the project.
- Must be practical and should be able to foresee discrepancies between site conditions, materials and drawings.
- Must be able to act fast when there are required changes due to site or materials.
- Prepare as Built drawing as per site conditions
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Joinery Draftsman: 5 years (required)
