**HIRING URGENT!**
- Freshers are welcome/Proven Experience in Real Estate Market is a plus.
- Meet your targets for cold calling set by your line manager and company.
- Coordinating with marketing team for each listing, including working with agents to stage the property and share details and photos for advertisement.
- Communicating with potential tenants about listings that may interest them, answering questions about listings, and scheduling showings.
- Keeping records of all listing activities and update such as when a property was first listed or when it was tenanted.
- Coordinating between owners of properties and the agents the viewings of the properties for potential clients






- Advertising the properties in specific portals.
- Drafting rental contracts and MOU.
- Arabic speaking is priority.
- Impeccable English it’s a plus.
- Understand clients' property needs and preferences.
- Conduct property searches to identify suitable options for clients.
- Explore new property listings and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and pricing.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports.
- Collaborate with team members to meet targets and KPIs.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Keep our system updated with new property listings.
- Maintain positive client relationships.
- Uphold the company's professional image and reputation.
- Generate leads through networking and referrals.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to legal requirements.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
