**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate new business and maintain customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of SBC Express Cargo's services and offerings.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.






- Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month
